3.11.68: All My Loving (BBC-2) Billed as a "film of pop music", Tony Palmer's "All My Loving" featured everyone under the sun, including the Who, Beatles, Hendrix and Zappa. Pink Floyd's segment had them performing a three-minute "Set The Controls" in an eerie setting of a church -- extracts from which have been used by the BBC on many occasions since. The entire show was last repeated in 1977, while the Floyd sequences were included in Show 10 of "Sound of The 60's" in 1991.
