the kind man I got this from told me he received this with the title "Sheffield Master Tapes" and maybe it's really the title of this release, though I would not guess a master used here really.
this could be one of the copies of the masters actually.
even if a 3CD set, it's not the longest version of the Sheffield recording
the longest one should last about 6 minutes more than this one.
longer or not, this it a nice upgrade to the common versions that hardly circulated before.

supposed from a copy of the master, this version includes more or less the same as Alan's Psychedelic Christmas but sounds more crispy ... still a little hissy but not touched up at least.

The Pink performed Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast at least other 3 times back in the December of 1970, but this is the only recording live of this marvellous composition arisen so far ...
