All boots of this show that have been released have featured this show with 
incorrect running order.  For some reason the track "By Kind Permission Of" 
is the opening track of Disc 2, when it was actually the last 10 minutes of 
"With You There To Help Me".  This release features the Carnegie Hall show 
in the proper running order with "By Kind Permission Of" being placed in its 
proper spot at the end of With You There To Help Me.  Dharma For One is now 
in the proper spot between Sossity; You're A Woman/Reasons For Waiting and
